Q: What can I recycle?
A: Aluminium cans and plastic (PET) beverage containers.

Q: How are credits calculated?
A: You receive 1 credit for every 10 PET (plastic) or aluminium cans.

Q: How much can I earn each month for recycling?
A: The more you recycle, the more credits you will earn — and the more you can buy. We are currently in the process of stocking our store... so start saving your beverage containers!

Q: How do I get my rewards?
A: Log in using your account number and password to order your rewards, or swipe your card at the Envirobank machine.

Q: When do I get my loyalty card?
A: Once you have registered you will be entered into our database, our rewards program will be available prior, but will officially launch in June — we will keep you updated. In the meantime we will have great offers and prizes on the Envirobank machine. So keep recycling!

Q: Where are the Envirobank units?
A: Please check our Locations page for the latest updates on our machine locations. You can also register to suggest a location.

Q: How many businesses are participating in the Envirobank program?
A: There will be over 100 participating businesses in the program. More stores will be added each week so if you have a favourite, let us know and we will approach them.

Q: What happens if I put items in my container that are not recyclable?
A: Placing items that are not recyclable in the Envirobank can negatively affect your account and can jeopardise the program for others. The Envirobank units are programmed to only accept aluminium and PET. Machines do not accept glass.

Q: How can I get others involved the Envirobank program?
A: Simply refer a friend. Your interest will help facilitate the expansion of the Envirobank program to a location closer to you. If you refer someone who joins — as soon as they make their first deposit — we will send you a thank-you gift.
