I am very impressed with the service Envirobank have given. I am always followed up once a week through e-mail and they are always checking to see if the machine is going well (does it need emptying, how is the promotion going, etc). Once a week, a student has always won a movie ticket.

I have also met the pick-up person whom takes all recycleables when full. He is very friendly. I have notified them when the machine is out of order. The service to repair is very quick and prompt to fix. The pick-up person also cleans the inside of the machine when time to empty. I am very happy and satisfied with the service and when I requested a monthly graph to see the changes of the recycling machine if it's made a difference and yes very happy to see it has.

I would recommend Envirobank anytime.
